After a pastry shift, I traded laminated dough for a potter’s wheel. My bowls are still very handmade, but there’s something calming about shaping clay while the autumn light comes through the windows. A different kind of mise en place. 🍂 b.

cozy winters at home meet their match here. the grilled cheese is as satisfying as browsing the shelves at town library after a snowy morning. and that tomato soup? gets me thinking of amber row's warmth during a chilly lakeside stroll. the perfect comfort food, in the heart of my favorite neighborhood.
